Please remember to select ‘exchange’ as your “Reason for return”, and include a note in the parcel of what you would like the item exchanged for. If you select any other reason, we will automatically refund you.
At the Scotland Kilt Company we want you to be entirely satisfied and 100% confident in us and our products. That is why we have, what we feel is the best returns policy of any online Highland wear retailer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 365 days of your original delivery. The only exception to this our tailor-made, made-to-measure garments, unless they are faulty, due to the bespoke nature of these items.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items which have been worn, without original tags or packaging and are not in resellable condition.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receipt of items to the payment method originally used for the purchase.
International Returns
Please send your goods back to us at the address below. Please clearly mark 'returned goods' on the outside of the package and on the customs label if required.

Please note - If you are sending your item back to be exchanged or refunded you will not be reimbursed for initial postage paid or postage cost back to us, unless the item was faulty.
