Returns & Refund Policy at The Scotland Kilt Company
At the Scotland Kilt Company we want you to be entirely satisfied and 100% confident in us and our products. That is why we have, what we feel is the best returns policy of any online Highandwear retailer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 365 days of your original delivery. The only exception to this our tailor-made, made-to-measure garments, unless they are faulty, due to the bespoke nature of these items. Please note - If you are sending your item back to be exchanged or refunded you will not be reimbursed for initial postage paid or postage cost back to us, unless the item was faulty.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items which have been worn, without original tags or packaging and are not in their original condition.
PLEASE NOTE: to ensure swift processing of your return please include as much information as possible. Without this information we cannot process your return.

Parcel up your item as securely as possible. Please try to include as much of the original packaging as possible. To help speed up the processing of your return please include all order numbers, reference numbers and our Returns Form. Failing this please include a written note of your name address, item details and why you are returning them.
Post the item back to us at: Returns Dept. The Scotland Kilt Company, Unit 1 Bonningotn Business Centre, 106 Jane Street, Edinburgh EH6 5HG. Please ensure you ask for a proof of posting from your Post Office when you send the item back to us.
Once we receive your returned goods we will endeavour to process them as quickly as possible and a replacement item or refund will be arranged, usually within 7 days, but it can take up to 30 days. If you are sending your item back to be exchanged or refunded you will not be reimbursed for initial postage paid or postage cost back to us, unless the item was faulty.
All refunds will be paid back to you in the original form that they were made.
Just because our international customers live further away from us we see no reason why they should not receive the same high levels of service as our domestic customers. Our 365 day no quibble returns policy applies to you as well.
We do ask all our overseas customers to pay for return shipping to ensure we receive the items back. If the item was originally faulty we will refund your postage costs when we process your refund or exchange.
We hope that all our customers are happy and get real enjoyment from our products, however, in the exceptional circumstances where there is an issue with your order we are happy to help fix things for you.
