In order to make our delivery charges simpler, we have decided to simplify our UK delivery rates into two easy to understand methods. We now offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. There are no hidden charges or variations due to product weights or sizes, you will only pay the rate for either method as detailed below.
Should you require your order for a specific date or special occasion, we strongly recommend you select Express Shipping when you check out. We will be able to track your order and make sure you receive it in time.

Our fastest, most secure and most reliable method of shipping, via FedEx UK.
Delivery: 24 hours from time of despatch, week days only.

You will be contacted via email to confirm when your item has been despatched from us, along with the deliveries tracking number so you can track progress of your delivery.

For addresses located on an Island or in the Highlands of Scotland Express Delivery times can take up to five days.

Customs charges outside the EU
Taxes, custom charges and import duties may apply to deliveries to countries outside of the EU. If they apply they will need to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery Please note that you will need to meet any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.

No one at home to receive delivery?
If you happen to be out when your order is delivered your postman or courier will leave a delivery card telling you they tried to deliver but no one was home. This card should contain instructions for you to either collect your order, or arrange delivery at a time that suits yourself.
Please note: if your order is not collected by you from the courier and is returned to us you will be charged the additional costs of despatching the order again.
