Description
Kilt manufacture takes between 7 to 8 weeks depending on availability of the fabric with the mill. We cannot ensure availability of all fabrics at all times.
If you would like to ensure availability of fabric before purchasing please contact us either by phone or email.
All kilts are produced in the "To Sett" style where the pattern or sett on the back of the kilt appears the same as it does on the front of the kilt.
We are able to offer kilts as the "To Stripe" style separately but this incurs additional charges and must be discussed with our sales team either by phone or email to ensure feasibility.
This Prince Charlie outfit package is designed for anyone looking for a comprehensive package at a great price. Perfect for any full dress formal occasion, the Prince Charlie outfit is truly timeless. It is currently available in some of the most popular clan tartans.
The kilt included in this kilt outfit is made to measure by our kiltmaker, in Scotland, to an extremely high standard. The kilt is made with a minimum of 8 yards material, normally more depending on your kilt size. The front edge has a double fringe and there are two belt loops at the back. This kilt is pleated to the more standard sett but, if required, it can be pleated to military style of stripe by request.
Kilt Type: 16 oz 8 yard kilt handmade in Scotland. Material type: 16 oz Weight Worsted 100% Pure Woolfrom the Lochcarron Strome range. The tartan shown is Baird.

As you would expect this package is extremely flexible and there are a lot of options to consider. If you require a tartan outside the options in this package we can factor this into the price of your package. If you contact us on 0131 510 9285 we can alter the make up of the package and substitute different items for other items, there may be an additional charge made for this service, to build the package which is perfect for you.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on made to measure items, unless they are faulty as it is unlikely that we will be able to sell a made to measure item to another customer. Ensure your measurements are accurate re-measure at least twice! If possible get a tailor or seamstress to measure you up. You can visit our measuring guide here - Measuring Guide To help our kilt makers please let us know what date you require your kilt for. We have made every effort to ensure the colours on screen match the actual fabric colours as close as possible. However, we can not guarantee an exact colour match, as colours will vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

Please remember to select ‘exchange’ as your “Reason for return”, and include a note in the parcel of what you would like the item exchanged for. If you select any other reason, we will automatically refund you.
At the Scotland Kilt Company we want you to be entirely satisfied and 100% confident in us and our products. That is why we have, what we feel is the best returns policy of any online Highlandwear retailer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 365 days of your original delivery. The only exception to this our tailor-made, made-to-measure garments, unless they are faulty, due to the bespoke nature of these items.
Please note - If you are sending your item back to be exchanged or refunded you will not be reimbursed for initial postage paid or postage cost back to us, unless the item was faulty.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items which have been worn, without original tags or packaging and are not in their original condition.
